Registrations can be made online or sending the registration form by fax with a bank transfer proof or a credit card authorisation. All registrations should be accompanied by full payment of the registration fee.

(1) Service users, retired professionals and participants from Eastern Europe and upper-middle, lower-middle, and low-income countries. World Bank classification.

(2) Students must attach a copy of their student ID, Residents and Trainees a signed certificate from their department head or supervisor. Age limit to 40 years.

(3) Registration fee for all Accompanying persons, no matter from which area, do not include attendance to any of the Conference Scientific Sessions. It includes: participation in Social Events (Opening Ceremony, Welcome Cocktail and Closing Ceremony).

Please send a copy of the transfer by email ([email protected]) indicating the conference and the name of the participant. Once we verify we have received the bank transfer, we will confirm registration by e-mail.

Important: Bank transfer, currency exchange, etc., will be paid by the participant.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to the Technical Secretariat by e-mail at: [email protected].

• Until the 1st of September 2015: The registration fee will be reimbursed, discounting 30 % due to administrative expenses.

• As from the 2nd of September 2015: Cancellation of the reservation will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

All refunds will be issued after the Conference is over, from the 3rd of October 2015.
